30-Day Exchange Window
We offer a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at dipika63gajjar@gmail.com so we can make it right.
How Exchanges Work
The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the current one, and once the exchange is approved, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Exchange Status & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Exchange processing may take up to 15 business days.
